Incorporated in Albuquerque · February 13, 2026
A community gets built by whoever funds the work.
Impact Unity Corp raises money and moves it into community development initiatives, educational resources and social welfare programs. We are a new organization, so instead of asking for your trust we published every document that makes us real — and where to check each one yourself.

What this means for a donor today: your gift is welcome and goes straight to work funding the programs described below. Because our 501(c)(3) recognition is still pending, contributions are not tax-deductible at this time. When the IRS determination letter arrives we will publish it on this page and state exactly which date deductibility applies from.
Our commitments
What the money is for.
These are commitments, not results. Impact Unity Corp has not funded a program yet. When we do, each one gets its own line on this page with the amount, the date and the recipient.
-
Community development initiatives
Funding organizations already at work in their own neighbourhoods — housing stability, food access, and support for families in crisis. We fund operators who are closer to the problem than we are; we do not build parallel programs of our own.
-
Educational resources
Paying for the things that quietly decide whether a student keeps going: materials, tutoring hours, exam and certification fees, and internet access. Small amounts, given where a missing $80 would otherwise end the year.
-
Social welfare programs
Unrestricted grants to social welfare programs whose need is immediate and whose reporting burden would slow the response down — moved fast, then reconciled in public afterwards.
How we will report: our chartered purpose commits us to nonprofit governance, so we hold ourselves to it in writing — annual financials published on this site, the Form 990 posted the same week it is filed, and every grant listed with its amount and recipient.
Governance

Fund the first round of grants.
We have no endowment and no back catalogue of results. The first grants come entirely from people who decided to give before there was a track record to point at. Every gift is receipted by email the moment it clears, and listed in our published grant ledger once it goes out the door.
